Bracknell U8's play non-contact rugby.
We offer children a fun introduction to rugby in a fun and safe environment with sessions run by RFU-qualified coaches who have also been CRB checked.
We focus on fun and enjoyable sessions that consist of games (not just rugby! but things like Bulldog and Stuck in the Mud), training exercises to learn the game of rugby and to help develop skills and fitness work.
Rugby is an excellent sport because it is suitable for children of all builds and backgrounds. It teaches children teamwork and discipline. Most of all it is a great outlet for letting off steam and to have FUN.
The U8s train in smaller groups to allow them time to settle in and play and learn.
Training takes place at BRFC in Lily Hill Park between 10:00am and 11:30pm on Sundays.
Some weekends we may change location so please check first.
We welcome any new players whether new to the game. So Year 3 at school we would love to see you at our club.
Coming up, the U8's will be taking part in the BRFC Mini's Tour 2024. Due to happen between the 26th to the 28th April 2024, on the Isle of Wight, families are more than welcome to join and the theme this year will be SUPERHERO'S. For more information, visit our tour page here.
For more information or inquiries regarding attendance please contact one of the officials listed or feel free to turn up at a training session to see what we do!
