On Sunday 18th October Bracknell Ladies were invited to Abbey RFC for their Touch Tournament day, where they played against the hosts and visiting team Thames Valley Vikings. With new players lacing up their boots for their debut game day appearance it was a great day and enjoyed by all, giving the ladies a much needed Sunday game day fix since there last game in March!

Captain Zara king had the following to say about the day:

“It was great to have the opportunity to head to a local club at the weekend as a squad and play some competitive touch rugby. During a time of such uncertainty it is important the we continue to focus on the season as a team and tournaments like this proved as a great opportunity to energise and focus the team.”
