Having navigated a number of challenges, necessary changes, and infrastructure improvements around the club in 2024, the committee and I are looking forward to the coming year. A massive Thank You to everyone who has supported and volunteered around the club and at our events in 2024. Clubs just do not function without your collective efforts. You are part of a true team.

2025 sees Bracknell Rugby Club's 70th Anniversary, and the 2025/26 Season will be our 70th Season as an RFU Affiliated Club. In 2025 we will celebrate our club, our past, our present, and our future generations, who will provide and sustain our great club for the next 70 years and beyond. More on our plans and celebrations to come.......

In the meantime, Rugby is back with a bang this weekend as our 1st XV host a resurgent Jersey RFC at Lily Hill Park - 2pm Kick Off. In our earlier meeting this season on "the island", we let them off the hook in the final moments as our continuous efforts in the dying seconds saw us held up over the line and under the posts. The 21-15 defeat at Coinshares Stadium was tough to take after such a great performance. Let us see if our fervent supporters can lift the players to a greater result this time out. Remember - All diets start on a Monday!

Our 2nd and 3rd XVs are also both on the road in league action this Saturday. The 2nd XV are away at Championship Club Chinnor to play Chinnor IIIs and the 3rd XV make the relatively short trip to play High Wycombe IIs. Good luck to all the players making the trip.

Sunday 5th January will see the return of our Minis and Juniors after the Christmas Break. Some of them are straight back into league/cup action either this weekend or next. Good Luck to you all, on and off the pitch, in 2025.

The coming year will also provide plenty of action at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, and not just in corridors or HQ, but also further afield. If you have not secured your own tickets yet, the 6 Nations, The Lions Tours to Australia and the Women's 2025 Rugby World Cup will all be shown live on the screens at the club for your enjoyment. Please make the most of your club membership.
