Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bracknell Rugby Football Club will be held on Tuesday 19th May 2020 in the main hall at Bracknell Rugby Football Club, Lily Hill Park, Bracknell, RG12 2UG at 7.30pm

Please note – COVID-19 – Should the current lockdown continue into May 2020. We will follow the Government guidelines with regards to ‘Social Distancing’ and if needed, we may need to postpone the AMG to a more suitable time when restrictions are lifted.

NOMINATIONS FOR EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

The Executive Officers of the Club shall be appointed by the voting members at Annual General Meeting on 19th May 2020 for a period of one year and shall be honorary positions.

Any Officer may stand for election or re-election, provided they has been a voting member of the Club for not less than two years, and, if not present at the General Meeting, have indicated in writing their willingness to stand for election.
